🚀 Celebrating the Launch of the Gender Action Lab (GAL) Summit & WEPs Awards Malaysia! 🏆

We are thrilled to have been part of the GAL Malaysia Summit 2024, where UN Women Asia Pacific, TalentCorp, and LeadWomen united to propel gender equality in Malaysia at Asia School of Business yesterday. A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalizing the commitment to create innovative, actionable solutions for workplace equality, workforce inclusivity, and sustainable economic progress via the GAL initiative.

What is the Gender Action Lab (GAL)?
The Gender Action Lab (GAL) is a bold initiative by UN Women and DFAT Australia that leverages the private sector’s innovation capabilities to develop gender-transformative solutions. It aims to foster women’s economic empowerment, promote workforce diversity, and build more inclusive economies across Asia-Pacific.

During the summit, GAL Consultation sessions facilitated collaborative discussions on critical themes, including:

  • Enhancing Inclusivity and Workforce Participation
  • Building Supportive Leadership and Cultural Change
  • Fostering Safe, Equitable, and Inclusive Work Environments

We also proudly congratulate the 18 winners of the WEPs Awards Malaysia 2024! These organizations exemplify leadership through initiatives like gender-responsive marketing, promoting transparent gender data, and building inclusive care economies.
